BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, OR BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH OUR PAYMENT PROVIDER, YOU ("USER" OR "YOU") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS (THE "AGREEMENT") TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS OPERATED BY ZERIN LJ. ("OPERATOR", "WE", "US", OR "OUR"), AN INDIVIDUAL. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH THE OPERATOR.

ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR PAYMENT MADE THROUGH OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR, INCLUDING Paddle, SHALL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Voidocs offers a free plan and optional paid subscription plans.

Payments are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis

• You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method automatically

• Pricing and features may change with notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion:
